"I loved this 12 day practice.  I just finished this morning.  I came  into it feeling anxious and unsettled and I’m coming out of it feeling more at peace and less anxious.  I looked forward to it every morning.  I loved the variety and not knowing what each one would focus on – I think the 10 minutes is perfect, especially when watching it at the start of the day – it’s a good amount of time to set aside but also effective.  I loved them all – so glad I joined.  I had thought about doing a challenge in my FB group for Christmas, but instead I chose to do this for me and take the pressure off.  It was the best decision and just what I needed."
