"The only way to make sense out of change
is to plunge into it,
move with it,
and join in the dance."
~ Alan Wilson Watts
It has been four months since the last yoga class in the studio. A lot has changed and will continue to change, since that time. We have an ever growing online library of classes on the website https://www.lotwyoga.ca/free-videos. There are free videos as well as exclusive access to all videos under the members monthly subscription. New videos are being added weekly. You can join for $13/month and cancel at any time https://www.lotwyoga.ca/wild-tribe-members
During all this off-time, I have started a new side project in women's health and wellness. I have completed a Pre/Postnatal fitness certification as well as a Core Confidence Specialist certification (pelvic floor health for every stage from pregnancy to menopause). I am currently taking on clients, in person and online. This includes an initial assessment and personal program as well as practice material for you to use at home. You receive instructional videos, printable pdfs, and at home support for me. I believe in educating women about their bodies, so they can take charge of their own health and healing. Please send me a message either through the studio email: firstname.lastname@example.org or through my email: email@example.com. You can also find resources on my social media: Wild Wellness on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/jasminewildwellness

As we enter stage 3 of re-opening in our area, this means we can open the studio as soon as Friday July 17th. We are working to figure out what our re-opening will look like and the guidelines we will have to follow. We will need some time to go over everything and make sure we are prepared and safe. One thing we know for sure is that when we do start classes and workshops again it will be with very limited numbers as distancing measures are set in place. We are making it a priority to do rescheduling of workshops and events that were postponed over the past few months. We ask for your continued patience and support during this learning curve.
If you have any concerns or questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
We hope that you are all enjoying your summer and we look forward to seeing you in the near future.
