The end of summer can be stressful, preparing to get back into a schedule. But it can also be exciting as it represents the beginning of a new season and new opportunities.

As we prepare to get back into studio, we are both preparing for a safe return and a new exciting line up of classes and series.

Because there is limited spacing in the studio as we safely practice social distancing. There will only be 6 spaces available in each class. This means preregistration is required for all classes and series.

We are working to offering these classes online, as well we will still be offering classes virtually.

Our Virtual Studio is now at over 90 videos/classes. You can subscribe for $13/month on the website. Just click the three little dots at the top of the videos screen and hit Subscribe!

If you have outstanding passes you may use these to register for any of the series/classes being offered in the studio. You may also use passes for a 'virtual studio' through a private Facebook group.

Health & Safety:

As part of our efforts to reduce the risk of Covid-19 and to comply with the requirements set by the Northwestern Health Unity the following protocols have be set in place for your health and safety.

The doors will be locked until approximately 10minutes before class. You will need to wait outside in your vehicles (social distancing) until the doors are opened and then may enter the building. Please do not congregate at the door prior to class.

Masks must be worn when entering and exiting the building. Once you are on your mat you may remove your mask. If you are more comfortable with leaving it on, you are welcome to do so. If you have to get off your mat or leave the room during class you will be required to put your mask back on until you once again return to your mat.

There is a hand sanitizer at the door to the studio please use it before entering and taking your place on your mat.

Spaces for mats are marked out on the floor. Please ensure that you place your mat on one the designated spaces available.

It is highly encouraged that you bring your own mat and yoga props to class. If you require a mat or use of props please message me prior to the start of your series start date so that I can set aside props for you. It will be first come first serve and props will be yours until the end of your series dates. your name will be taped on and only used by you while you are in attendance of a series or workshop.

If you are using studio mats/props they will be laid out and cleaned for your prior to class. Please leave them in your space and the studio owner will clean them and put them away for you.

Please bring a water bottle and fill it at home as the water station will not be available at this time. This is to reduce the spread of germs passed through hand contact.

Surfaces in the bathroom, doors, and studio will be sanitized and cleaned prior to and after each class by studio owners to ensure a clean and safe environment for all students.

Series Starting in September

Mama Bear Yoga Fit - Postpartum yoga & fitness

4 Weeks with Jasmine Wild (Core Confidence/ Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist & RYT)

Tuesdays Starting September 22nd 10:30-11:30am


This 4 week series is for postpartum healing, reclaiming and reconnecting to your body.

It will include a personal assessment with at home programming for your specific needs. As well as four live at studio classes.

Babies are welcome!


Mama to Be Yoga Fit - Prenatal yoga & fitness

4 weeks with Jasmine Wild (Core Confidence/ Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist & RYT)

Wednesdays Starting September 23rd 12:05-12:55pm


This 4 week series is for the expectant mothers. We will use the breath to find space in your new body; fitness and exercise to strengthen for the marathon of birth and the recovery afterwards; as well as yoga and release work to prepare for labour.

It will include a personal assessment with at home programming for your specific needs. As well as four live at studio classes.


Good Morning Happy Backs

4 weeks with Jasmine Wild

Thursdays Starting September 24th 10:30-11:45am


A 4 week series of mobility, release work, posture, strength and balance for the spine. Use mindful movement and breath work to find ease in the back body through yoga therapy practices that will get you moving and ready for the rest of your day.


Gentle Yoga Series

4 weeks with Susan Cone RYT & creator of SAFE4U Yoga Series

Thursdays Starting October 8th 12:30-1:45pm

This series will include pranayama, vinyasa flow, strength & balance building. And conclude with restorative poses and relaxation.


Happy Backs 9 part Series

with Jasmine Wild RYT

Tuesdays Starting September 15th 5:30-7pm

Thursdays Starting September 17th 5:30-7pm

This series will take you through 9 mini workshops to help create spinal health through yoga therapy. It will include anatomy and information about the optimal function of the spine in a lecture format. As well as practical application of breath work, yoga postures, release work and exercises. Find balance between ease and effort to ease back pain, create strength and stability.
