June Newsletter

If you only carry one thing throughout your entire life, let it be hope. Let it be hope that there are better things ahead. Let it be hope that you can get through even the toughest of times. Let it be hope that you are stronger than any challenge that comes your way. Let it be hope that you are exactly where you are meant to be right now, and that you are on the path to where you are meant to be... Because during these times, hope will be the very thing that carries you through.

~ Nikki Banas

Here we are, continuing with classes online for awhile, but there is hope and a light at the end of this very long tunnel. Our hope is that we will be back in studio full time by September. Our studio is getting a major remodel right now and we are excited to give you all a sneak peak on our social media pages during the month of June.

We know that summer means more time outside, as it should. Our summers are short and our home is so beautiful. Get outside while the weather is warm! This means less classes and more time outdoors. But before summer is in full swing we will be giving you some summer practices to take with you over the next few months. You will want to watch our Facebook and Instagram for these tips, and practices, including a recipe for Dandelion Honey!

We are also in the works to bring you a Summer Meditation Box for your at home practices. Let us know in the comments box if you are interested and what you would like to see included - an eye pillow, aroma spray, affirmation card, etc.

And just added!

Please email and etransfer us to register at lotwyoga@gmail.com!

I want to just thank everyone who has been signing up for our online classes and continuing to support us during this very difficult time. To say that the last year and a half have been difficult is an understatement. There were many nights we thought, "this is it" we can't make it through another month. But here we are because of our wonderful community. It's important to support small and support local. Our small businesses are the heart and soul of the community. We have all been hit hard during these closures. The future is still uncertain but there is always hope.
