Due to the mandated lockdown that takes effect December 26th to January 9th we will be slightly delayed in starting our in studio classes. The New Year schedule is up however and we are taking reservations for classes but will wait until we have official start dates to take payments. Classes are already filling up so if you want to save your spot make sure to email us. Please see the schedule below.

We are also working to offer you some other options until we can all be back in studio together.

12 Days of Hygge Self Care

Now available through the WIX APP or you can register on our website - Go to the Virtual Studio tab (drop down menu), 'Virtual Challenges & Courses'. If you read the December newsletter you know that Hygge is all about creating that cosy feeling.

Each of the 12 practices are about 10 minutes each. You can do one each day or set your own pace. Practices include guided visualizations/relaxation, mindful movement, breathing practices, yin yoga and sounds therapy.


30 Day Reclaim Your Core Challenge

Starting in January! A new fun challenge to help you reconnect to your core and find a balance of ease and effort with the breath.

Hosted by Jasmine Wild & Sharron Struk. This challenge will combine breath work, and progressive exercises from Pilates, Yoga and Core Physiotherapy programs.

The Challenge will launch early in January to start off the new year. You will find it in the WIX APP & again on the website under the drop down menu - Virtual Challenges & Courses.


Virtual Studio

If you haven't already you can also join the Wild Wellness Virtual Studio on the website. For only $25 a month you will get access to over 100 videos. Classes range from 5 minutes to full length classes over an hour. Topics include: Accessible Chair Yoga, Breath Work, Meditations, Yoga Dance, Happy Backs classes and so much. As a Virtual Member you also get free access to all the Challenges and Courses being offered virtually as well as an automatic discount on in studio classes and merchandise. Just send us email to apply! And you can cancel your subscription at anytime.


In Studio In the New Year!

Start dates will tentatively be the week of January 11th for in studio classes. Official start dates will be announced in the new year.

Please email us to reserve your spot for classes. Spaces are already filling up so don't wait to long. We will not be accepting any payments for classes at this time until we have official start dates for classes in studio.


On a personal note:

As I take some time to rest and await the arrival of baby boy #2, I will be in the background for awhile resting and doing what I can to support instructors and students. I will not be checking messages more than once a day so if you have to get ahold of someone immediately please stay in contact with your instructor and be patient and wait for me to respond. Instructors will have an email list for each of their classes, so if there are any changes you will hear from them via email.

Once again I just want to thank all of you for your continued support and love. It does not go unnoticed and it is greatly appreciated. We will make it through these uncertain times together even if it is not always in person.

Let us all remember that change is constant and nothing last forever. With discomfort comes the opportunity for great growth. So we will start the new year with a bit of 'joyful discomfort' and move forward. We are in this together.
