To celebrate the month of February we are taking a look back at one of our favourite self care practices. Join in a free 14 day Love Your Pelvic Floor Challenge. 14 of our favourite Yin Yoga poses to release the hips, pelvis and pelvic floor.

We will be continuing to meet online for classes for the time being. As soon as we can get back to in studio we will be sending out emails. For now we have some amazing instructors offering classes on zoom.
