November at LOTW


It's that time of year again. When things get colder outside we get cozier inside. Grab your favourite cup of warmth and join us by the fairy lights in your woolliest socks.

Whose woods these are I think I know.

His house is in the village though;

He will not see me stopping here

To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer

To stop without a farmhouse near

Between the woods and frozen lake

The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake

To ask if there is some mistake.

9am Good Morning Spine, Hips & Pelvis

This class is a great way to wake up the body and gently prepare for your day. Learn techniques and tricks to release tension and get you moving.

Saturdays with Jasmine

9am Recovery & Mobility

A great way to start the weekend and recover from your week. Enjoy a gentle warm-up, rolling and deep stretches, followed by relaxation.

Sign up for one or both sessions through our workshops. One session $22 or both for $35.

These sessions are already underway but you are welcome to drop in.

Happy Backs - Strength & Stretch

Yoga & movements to strengthen the core, spine, hips and legs.

We are doing our winter order of shirts and yoga props. If you would like to get something for yourself or a loved one for Christmas. We will be accepting orders until November 25th.
