Let summer begin on Lake of the Woods. This summer is my second summer as a mother. Before having my son, yoga and fitness were my life. They are still a very big part of it and always will be. After one year as a mom I have learned how quickly things change and how fast these moments go by. I have also challenged myself over the past year to expand my teaching both online and in the Kenora community. Every day I decide to let go of the fear of failure and take a chance on myself. If you practice one thing this summer let it be to let go of what is holding you back from what ever your goals are and believe in the power of you.
Our summer schedule this year is all morning classes. Get your practice in and enjoy the rest of day, lounging on the dock, lurching with friends or getting work done.

Note the last Qi Gong class with Gayleen will be Tuesday July 2nd 5:15-6:16pm - Drop Ins welcome!
