This has been a very busy year for us. For those that do not know we welcomed our yoga baby to the world on January 12th. He was small and perfect and we are so in love. Flash forward and he's already approaching 4 months old. Baby George often makes it to Saturday morning Yoga for Mobility at 10:30am with me (Jasmine) so if you'd like to meet him in a relaxed setting join us at the studio.
We had a slow winter for yoga but things are sure heating up now with the return of the summer weather.

Starting this week Wednesday May 9th Susan Cone will be joining our teaching roster for the spring/summer. She is offering free yoga on Wednesdays from 12:00-1:15pm. Susan just returned from Calinfornia where she did training in Kundalini, Hatha and Vinyasa. She will be incorporating these practices into her classes.

We are welcoming back two instructors. The first is Deb Ramsay. She is returning to Thursdays with Deepen and Strengthen at 10:30am.
And Gayleen Bell who is doing a Summer Fit Program on Mondays and Thursdays.
Mondays are Summer Fit - Slow and Stretchy at 5:30pm
Thursdays are - Summer Fit - Yoga Challenge at 5:30pm
