Not your average Core Challenge. This 30 program is built to educate women on their bodies and help them connect to their inner goddess. Build strength and understanding of the entire core system as you progress through the 30 days. You will learn how to coordinate the breath with the core and then coordinate the breath with functional movements. Each day will build in challenge, but remind yourself - it's not the movements that are important but how you do them. Take it slow and be mindful. Jasmine Wild a mom and educator who specializes in Yoga Therapy, is a Core Confidence Instructor as well as a Pre/Post-natal Fitness Teacher. And Sharron Struk a fitness guru who also works for the Kenora Midwives. With certifications in Barre, Pilates, Essentrics and Yoga, Sharron knows the importance of the core to our overall health. It's also important to find a balance between ease and effort as you work these deep muscles and connective tissues. The core plays a vital role in the health of our spine, lymphatic system, digestion, women's health and so much more. This program will help those that recovering for injury, illness or surgery.
